A first-generation Cuban American with a strong commitment to sustainability and empathetic business practices. Raised in Miami by hard-working parents whose determination allowed her to obtain a bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Missalys is a student of culture and human interactions dedicated to research on nonprofits and education. Upon completing her bachelor's degree she began working for an independent insurance agency where she gained much of her oversight in management for the kind of business sector she would decide to focus on later. Deciding to venture and learn more about the insurance industry she obtained her Florida 215 license “Life and Annuities” in 2016 and worked independently during open enrollment creating awareness and helping people understand the health insurance benefits available to them. During this time she gained an insight as to what pained customers and what they sought for in an agent, therefore decided to pursue her “General Lines” 220 licenses in 2017.
In 2018 in preparation to open her agency she went back to Florida International University where she graduated with honors from an International Masters in Business Administration. The skills she acquired through rigorous coursework during her masters and from her professional experiences pushed her to open her own agency and become a guide in protecting people's financials and futures.
